Aristocratic white, obtained from the accurate blending of Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc, with the refining in Allier casks of the Sauvignon Blanc only. This unique blend creates a wine endowed with great structure, elegance, complexity and persistence, with fruity and herbaceous features, enriched by the scents of the wood, in perfect harmony between each other. Ghiaia di Monte combines itself with spicy and savory dishes, sea food, see fruits, white meat and averaged seasoned cheeses.
We suggest to serve it at 12°/14°, in a wide glass that exalts its complexity.
