Ca’ Boffenisio was established in the year 1997 in the Oltrepo Pavese territory, municipality of Borgo Priolo, thanks to the enthusiasm, passion and intuition of Maria Adele Galanti. She chose the stunning natural basin of Boffenisio to make a dream come true, as it often happens in the winegrowing milieu. The basin itself, all gentle slopes in these rounded hills, tells its own tale of a man-made landscape, sculpted by and for vinegrowing. And so, the Boffenisio basin, in the hills, tucked away among the echoes of the breeze and aromas beloved of Dionysius, becomes the cradle of Ca' Boffenisio Estate, where vines and happenings spring up simultaneously, work's collaboration and cultural exchange but above all the Wines are extraordinary.

Today the Tenuta Ca' Boffenisio is a middle-sized, young, dynamic and highly regarded farm business, for which quality is the most important value and constant improvement is a guarantee for the future. Ca' Boffenisio hosts 23 hectares of land, mostly vines, surrounded and protected by the Torre del Monte Wood. Vines have been planted according with a moderrn agronomical approach, and the choice of the clonal selection for the different type of vineyeards was performed after a careful analysis of the zonation of the soils, of Ca' Boffenisio Terroir, which were particularly suitable for this type of cultivation.

The vines and the Terroir characteristics are expressed consequently at their best.

Currently, we produce 70,000 bottles per year of fine wines, both red and white, energetic, authentic, generous, elegant. wines which never compromise: you either love them or hate them. Passion, enthusiasm, will to get things done and to communicate: this is the territory of Maria Adele Galanti and her sons.
